Quick Start

FiClaw quick start

From download and install to first use, this page explains the desktop launch flow and how the built-in financial agents, member center and model credits work.

Flow

First-use flow

01

Install and open FiClaw

Download the installer that matches your device. On macOS Apple Silicon, unzip the package and move FiClaw.app into Applications; on Windows x64, run the setup installer and launch FiClaw Desktop.

02

Complete SMS login

First launch opens the login flow. Get a verification code by phone number; after login the desktop app syncs account, credits and cloud model info.

03

Enter the main chat workspace

FiClaw Desktop opens into the chat body first rather than leaving you at a low-level console. From the main entry, describe the research, risk or execution task you want to handle.

04

Pick the right financial agent

Built-in roles like investment director, quant researcher, risk manager, stock analyst and trader suit splitting one task across different responsibilities.

Agents

How to use the built-in financial agents

Investment Director

For breaking directional questions into research goals, judgment frameworks and follow-up tasks.

Quant Researcher

For strategy ideas, factor research, backtest validation and experiment review tasks.

Risk Manager

For rule review, exception checks, risk-metric interpretation and risk-process advice.

Stock Analyst

For single-stock triage, fundamental analysis, market-event grouping and first-draft research material.

Trader

For pre-execution checks, position and order thinking, slippage and live-trading feedback.

Credits

A few things to know about models and credits

New users get 100 starting credits after registration; the exact balance is shown in the member center.
Model calls consume credits by input and output tokens; different models have different rates and minimum charges.
The member center shows credit balance, top-up records, consumption records and model rate notes.
For team data sources, internal systems or fixed process integration, book a demo first to confirm the pilot path.

Where to go next

For an individual trial, start with download and quick start; if you represent a team evaluating adoption, continue to product capabilities and solutions.
